Billing & refunds
You can cancel any plan at any time from your account settings, in two clicks — no cancellation fee, and your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. For a billing error, a duplicate charge, or anything that looks wrong on a receipt, email hello@muzewriter.com and we will put it right. Full details are in our refund policy.
